Original lithographic poster with art by Henryk Hayden for exhibition at Galerie Suillerot in 1983.
Henryk Hayden was a Polish-born painter and printmaker who became an integral part of the Parisian avant-garde art scene in the early 20th century. Although not as widely known as some of his contemporaries, Hayden's work is notable for its evolution from Cubism to a more lyrical, post-impressionistic style. He was closely associated with many leading figures of the École de Paris, a group of émigré artists who contributed significantly to modern art in the first half of the 20th century.
The poster is framed with a turquoise frame in both a light and deeper tone, light passepartout, and a deep red background.
